Responsibilities
Provide financial and operational information, expertise and insights to business partners and management including develop, monitor and report on annual budgets, targets and other key performance indicators
Prepare financial forecasts for short- and long-term planning and align strategic financial metrics across all departments to drive results
Support the Decision Support Director in consolidating and aligning planning model outputs and developing stakeholder communications and presentations for short- and long-term plans, annual budgets, and forecasts
Lead the analytical engine of the Operations and Finance organization by providing analysis, interpretation of results, and reporting to communicate on performance and support executive decision making
Extract insights based on strategic objectives
Identity key business drivers and relevant metrics for performance
Proactively monitor performance to identify opportunities and anomalies
Manage staff including hiring, training, and coaching
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA or MBA-Finance required
7+ years' experience building financial models, forecasts, and operational reports for a multiple location organization
Excellent communication skills including the ability to present complex information
High proficiency in budgeting, forecasting financial modeling and financial analysis
