Responsibilities
Act as a regional representative and extension of the global personalization team for lounge attendees
Administer and facilitate personalization configuration sessions at the lounge
Promote the personalization program to regional dealers and customers to ensure strong awareness
Drive consistent booking volume by promoting configuration session availability
Serve as an on-call resource for customers and dealers regarding:
Option availability
Feasibility questions
Paint, material, and leather matching
Build strong relationships with configuration attendees to reinforce a premium brand perception
Manage the personalization booking platform to ensure dealer clarity and accurate scheduling
Support the Senior Product Marketing Specialist with coordination of new product launches in alignment with Sales, Marketing, and PR
Assist the Fleet Manager and Product Marketing team with configuration and submission of PR and marketing fleet vehicles
Integrate with dealerships and regional Sales Operations to monitor and support vehicle submissions
Collaborate with HQ Commercial and personalization teams, regional teams, and retailer networks on customization decisions
Liaise with HQ on offer perception and suggest improvements to support future product strategy
Support lounge events when applicable
Assist with vehicle configuration at regional events (e.g., major automotive showcases)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business-related field or Engineering
3+ years of professional experience in the automotive or related industry
Demonstrable experience with data manipulation and data analysis
Ability to deliver high-quality reports highlighting strategic, operational issues, and KPIs
Experience programming or supporting database / data provision systems (vehicle ordering or configuration systems)
Strong understanding of data models and database operations to ensure data accuracy
Strong passion for automotive excellence and premium brand representation
Deep knowledge of current and historical vehicle models
High attention to detail and pride in personal work
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Understanding of Italian business culture
