Review all loan documents
Provide administrative support to the department
Process loan payments as received, maintain loan reports and generate correspondence to members as directed
Provide excellent member service and resolve inquiries
Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; High School Internships also available
Exceptional customer service skills required
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Preferred
1-3 years of similar or related experience preferred
