Responsibilities
Supervise and manage a team of technicians, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation
Setup and run performance and qualification testing
Generate detailed reports on investigations and findings
Develop procedures and strategies for the test department
Provide hands-on technical guidance and problem-solving for complex engineering challenges
Prepare and present progress reports, metrics, and recommendations to the Engineering Managers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM field or similar area of study
Technical education and/or experience commensurate with duties of the position
Strong mechanical aptitude
Basic knowledge of pneumatic and electrical fundamentals
Ability to read and understand engineering drawing
Good oral and written communication skills
Computer literacy, in particular familiarity with MS Word and Excel
