Responsibilities

Lead Financial Modeling & Forecasting
Own and evolve our corporate and site-level financial models, ensuring they reflect current business realities and strategic goals
Drive the annual budgeting and long-range planning processes, aligning financial forecasts with company objectives
Regularly update models with actuals and scenario analyses to support agile decision-making
Conduct deep-dive analyses into business performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement
Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate new initiatives, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities
Apply healthcare-specific knowledge to assess payer mix, reimbursement trends, patient volumes, and regulatory impacts
Oversee the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting packages for executive leadership and the Board of Directors
Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels
Collaborate with the Corporate Controller to ensure accurate and timely monthly closes
Lead a team that analyzes variances between actuals and budget, providing explanations and recommending corrective actions
Manage and mentor the FP&A team, fostering a culture of analytical rigor and continuous improvement
Develop and implement scalable FP&A processes, tools, and systems to support a high-growth environment

Required

6–10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance
5+ years of management experience
MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
Proven track record of building and managing complex financial models in Excel (and a genuine enthusiasm for it)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hypothesis-driven mindset
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into executive-level insights
Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments; startup experience is a plus
Familiarity with accounting principles and financial close processes

Preferred

3+ years of experience in the healthcare industry strongly preferred
Experience with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite) is a plus
Programming experience (especially in Python) is a bonus, particularly for automation or advanced analytics
