Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of Oracle EPM Cloud modules PBCS, FCCS, ARCS, Narrative Reporting
Gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and translate into functional and technical designs
Develop and maintain business rules, Groovy scripts, Essbase calculations, forms, and reports
Manage data integration with ERP/GL systems using Data Management, EPM Automate, and REST APIs
Conduct testing cycles (unit, SIT, UAT) and ensure successful production deployment
Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
Prepare documentation and deliver user training sessions
Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor junior team members
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud implementations
Strong expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud modules Planning PBCS, Financial Consolidation FCCS, Account Reconciliation ARCS
Proficiency in EPM Automate, Smart View, Groovy scripting, Essbase calc scripts, and Data Management
Solid understanding of financial processes budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, allocations
Experience integrating EPM with ERP systems using ETL tools or APIs
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field
Preferred
Prior consulting or client-facing experience is a plus
Oracle EPM Cloud certifications
