Learning Partner III
Signet Jewelers is seeking a Learning Partner III to lead and consult on large-scale learning initiatives that impact organizational growth. This role is responsible for developing technical and professional learning solutions and collaborating with senior leaders to elevate capabilities across the organization.
Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and delivery of high-impact learning programs that drive business and performance results
Serve as a subject matter expert in instructional design, facilitation, and organizational learning best practices
Partner with senior leaders to assess needs and craft learning solutions that elevate capability across the organization
Develop advanced curricula, blended learning solutions, and performance-focused initiatives
Evaluate program effectiveness through data and feedback, using insights to recommend improvements
Manage external vendors and partners to ensure alignment with program goals, budgets, and service expectations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Social Science, or a related field — or 10+ years of Learning & Development experience
5+ years of experience designing and implementing strategic learning programs
Expertise in instructional design and adult learning methodologies
Proven success leading large-scale learning initiatives with measurable impact
Strong ability to partner with senior leaders and align learning strategies to business priorities
Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing program effectiveness
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
