Responsibilities
Assist in reviewing reimbursement requests for multiple contracts
Assist in the compilation of previous contract performance metrics and develop concise and reusable outcome templates
Assist in the development and implementation of internal grant management software training
Assist in preparing mandatory administrative, state required, and federal reporting
Attend Contract Manager meetings with public and private agencies, local governments, and public schools
Perform related work as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior at an accredited college or university or a recent graduate within one year, with major coursework in business administration, public administration, energy management, energy resources, sustainable energy, or a related field
Must be in good academic standing (minimum 3.0 GPA)
Professional or academic experience in research, planning, data analysis, or policy development
Preferred
One (1) year of professional experience in research, planning, data analysis, or policy development
Professional experience in the energy sector
