The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of knowledge and experience in a range of general commercial litigation matters and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced litigation practice
Candidate must have an excellent understanding of civil procedure, experience in commercial litigation case management, including taking and defending depositions and managing expert witnesses, and court experience
Must be admitted to the District of Columbia bar or eligible for admission
Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and outstanding written and oral communication skills. Prior clerkship experience is preferred
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of knowledge and experience in a range of general commercial litigation matters
Strong desire to work in a fast-paced litigation practice
Excellent understanding of civil procedure
Experience in commercial litigation case management, including taking and defending depositions and managing expert witnesses
Court experience
