Managing client billing processes
Handling invoicing
Ensuring accurate and timely billing
Working closely with the service team
Maintaining excellent communication with clients to address billing inquiries
Reviewing and verifying billing data
Generating reports
Contributing to process improvements for billing and financial recording
Qualification
Required
Experience in Billing Process and Client Billing, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
Proficiency in Invoicing and Accounting practices
Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Proficiency in billing/financial software (Open Invoice, Coupa, etc)
High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field is a plus
Preferred
Experience in the energy services industry is an advantage but not required
