Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact between Information Services and operational teams, advocating for local technology needs
Build strong, trust-based relationships by delivering responsive, reliable IT support and following through on commitments
Provide end-user and infrastructure support, including PC hardware/software troubleshooting and desktop application guidance
Support employee training initiatives, hybrid meetings, and on-site technology needs
Coordinate with third-party technology vendors and service providers
Partner with corporate and global IT teams to maintain stable client/server, network, telecom, and application environments
Contribute to small-scale local application or tool development focused on improving process efficiency
Help plan priorities, define local procedures, and manage smaller IT projects as needed
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in information technology or a related field
Strong customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently or collaboratively while managing competing priorities
Well-developed organizational, presentation, and training facilitation skills
Experience supporting Windows-based environments and end-user computing
Hands-on ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, servers, printers, and peripherals
Broad knowledge of networking, telecommunications, and desktop systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including hardware troubleshooting in managed environments (e.g., Active Directory)
Experience working with centralized or international IT teams
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or another technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience
Preferred
CompTIA A+ or similar certification
