Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract)

They are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to provide high-impact recruiting support during a period of increased technical hiring demand, owning full-cycle recruiting for technical roles and partnering closely with hiring managers.

Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (engineering, product, and related functions)
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on priorities, and calibrate profiles
Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified, diverse candidates through proactive sourcing and outreach
Conduct resume reviews, recruiter screenings, and candidate coordination
Drive a fast, thoughtful, and candidate-centric interview process
Maintain accurate and timely records in the ATS (Lever preferred)
Track pipeline health, hiring velocity, and recruiting metrics to surface insights and improve outcomes
Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize recruiting workflows and processes
Ensure compliance with employment laws and recruiting best practices
Communicate and schedule candidates throughout the entire recruiting process
Partner with the People team to support onboarding workflows and recruiter handoffs
Assist with headcount tracking and hiring-related reporting
Contribute to HR initiatives or special projects as needed during the contract period
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments
Proven ability to independently manage high-volume technical requisitions
Strong sourcing expertise across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and product roles
Experience using ATS platforms (Lever strongly preferred)
Solid understanding of recruiting metrics, pipeline management, and hiring operations
Familiarity with HR fundamentals such as onboarding and compliance
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
