Responsibilities

Supervise, mentor, and develop a manufacturing engineering team while planning, scheduling, and directing daily activities and priorities
Oversee system builds from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
Analyze and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify and address inefficiencies
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOP’s) for all manufacturing processes
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and improve overall operational performance
Identify, evaluate, and implement new equipment, automation, and technologies to enhance manufacturing capabilities
Collaborate with other teams to plan and complete system installation at customer sites
Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for production and quality issues
Develop and manage the departmental and project-specific capital budgets
Collaborate with other teams and quality to resolve supplier and customer issues

Required
