Onboarding Coordinator needed for new hire team
Consumer Directed Services in Texas (CDS) empowers individuals with disabilities to self-direct their care and live more independently. They are seeking an Entry-Level Onboarding Coordinator to support new hires and ensure a smooth onboarding process for individuals with disabilities and their caregivers.

Responsibilities
Verifying and processing new hire documentation in accordance with program rules
Assisting with I-9 compliance, background checks, and state registry verifications
Creating and maintaining employee files and demographic records
Managing a caseload of clients and employees, ensuring all paperwork is complete
Communicating with employers and employees to resolve onboarding issues
Coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless hiring experience
Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED (required)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and ability to learn agency-specific software
Typing speed of 35 WPM with 80% accuracy
A positive, empathetic, and proactive attitude
Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
1–2 years of experience in a healthcare or administrative setting (preferred)
