They are seeking a Head of Clinical Development to define and lead strategies for oncology assets and oversee clinical trials.

Responsibilities
Define and lead clinical development strategies for multiple oncology assets across phases I–III
Own clinical development plans aligned with regulatory, scientific, and commercial objectives
Guide indication selection, dose optimisation, biomarker strategy, and lifecycle planning
Oversee the design and execution of early- and mid-stage oncology trials, including FIH, dose escalation/expansion, and registration studies
Support IND/CTA submissions, protocol reviews, briefing packages, and regulatory responses
Work closely with discovery, translational medicine, CMC, regulatory, BD, and commercial teams
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing clinical development organisation
Qualification
Required
MD (or equivalent medical degree)
10+ years of clinical development experience in biotech or pharmaceutical companies
Proven leadership of oncology programs through full clinical lifecycle (Phase 1-4)
Bilingual English/Mandarin
Experience working with novel modalities (small molecules, epigenetic drugs, targeted therapies, or immuno-oncology)
