Responsibilities
Shadow Account Managers and participate in client and internal meetings to gain real-world exposure
Support data management efforts and assist with special projects across teams
Assist with social media, digital marketing, and other marketing-related initiatives
Collaborate with team members on day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
Develop a foundational understanding of the insurance industry, brokerage operations, and client service models
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Curious, motivated, and eager to learn about the insurance industry and grow professionally
Preferred
Preferred majors include Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
