Responsibilities
Lead QA testing strategies for robotics and other programs, including manual and automated testing initiatives
Manage local test labs and coordinate remote teams, including outsourced test leads
Ensure compliance with medical industry standards (IEC 62304, ISO 13485) and quality processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to deliver testing outcomes aligned with project goals
Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and methodologies across multiple programs
Qualification
Required
7–10 years of senior-level QA experience, including managing outsourced resources and remote teams
Strong understanding of medical device standards and regulatory requirements (IEC 62304, ISO 13485)
Expertise in manual and automated testing, with openness to multiple frameworks and approaches
Proven customer-facing skills and ability to manage cross-location testing teams
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deliverables, and lead diverse teams
