Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, from sourcing to onboarding
Collaborate with department leaders/managers to clarify hiring needs and job specifications
Create engaging job postings and recruitment materials
Source candidates through job boards and online hiring platforms, social media, networking, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and culture fit
Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers
Facilitate the offer process and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires
Maintain candidate records, reports, and recruitment metrics
Support employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development
Support the HR Manager in general HR projects and events. Other duties as assigned

Required

Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency)
Solid understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and recruitment strategies
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with applicant tracking software (ATS) platforms and sourcing tools
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
Ability to work with confidential information professionally
Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams
Pass a background check

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field (preferred)
Bilingual Spanish is not a requirement, but definitely a plus
