Engineering Intern - Phoenix
Southwest Gas Corporation is a subsidiary providing natural gas service to Arizona, Nevada, and parts of California. They are seeking an Engineering Intern to gain technical knowledge and professional experience in the natural gas industry, working on individual and team projects that involve field visits and data collection.

Qualification
Required
Intern candidate must be an actively enrolled student at an accredited college and/or university
Candidates must have at least completed their freshman year and be majoring in engineering fields related to the company's work
Commitment to interning for a minimum of forty (40) hours per week for the summer and a minimum of ten (10) hours a week for the fall semester
Cumulative GPA greater than or equal to 3.0, or
Most recent semester/quarter GPA greater than or equal to 3.0
Unofficial transcript submittal is required
Currently enrolled in an engineering degree program
Effective interpersonal skills
Ability to learn technical knowledge quickly
Self-motivated
