Collaborate with engineers to understand hardware and software behavior
Create and maintain clear technical documentation for setup, operation, and troubleshooting
Develop and update test cases and testing procedures
Participate in hands-on testing of hardware and software
Validate documentation accuracy through real-world testing
Update documentation and test assets as systems evolve
Qualification
Required
Technical writing experience for software and/or hardware products
Hands-on experience with software testing and test case development
Ability to work directly with engineers and technical teams
Strong understanding of documenting procedures, workflows, and troubleshooting steps
Excellent written communication and attention to detail
