Responsibilities
Provide technical support to staff in a timely manner in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment and systems
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve network, technical, and equipment issues
Manage company IT accounts, systems, and security measures while ensuring compliance with company policies and IT security protocols
Prepare, maintain, and update technical documentation, reports, and manuals
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for equipment maintenance or procurement including facilities, phone systems, internet
Assist in onboarding and offboarding users, including device and equipment setup, account provisioning, and access rights
Organize and maintain inventory of technical tools, devices, and components
Research and implement AI tools and cybersecurity measures
Provide SEO support, evaluation, and implementation for web pages
Assist in data management, research, and project coordination as needed
Assist with other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
Proven experience in a technical support role is preferred
Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong leadership and critical thinking skills
Able to adjust quickly and effectively to new situations, changing priorities, and unforeseen challenges
