Responsibilities

Act as a collaborative partner in the end-to-end execution of learning and development initiatives
Engage with OE leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define project scopes relative to training, establish training focused timelines, that ensure learning solutions are developed
Provide strategic input into the design and delivery of diverse training curricula and resources, ensuring they meet evolving business needs
Contribute to the strategic design and facilitation of training sessions and workshops that are culturally responsive and accessible to global audiences
Identify and implement innovative learning methods and solutions to address development needs and deliver organizational development programs for assigned functions and/or projects
Perform organizational needs assessments in collaboration with employees and managers
Gain knowledge of each function/team to work alongside managers to design effective training programs
Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in instructional design and adult learning to incorporate innovative approaches into training programs
Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with business objectives by partnering with corporate communications, advising leaders, and collaborating with leadership to craft messaging for announcements, leadership updates, educational job aids, SharePoint sites etc
The Onboarding Partner serves as a strategic enabler and cultural ambassador, supporting the successful integration of new hires into the organization
Ensure a seamless experience by coordinating logistics, providing workspace readiness, and offering just-in-time support
Gather feedback from new hires and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving the onboarding journey
Partner with the IT Organizational Effectiveness team to evolve onboarding content, tools, and delivery methods
As a Brand Leader this role will serve as a strategic steward of the company’s brand by ensuring communications, materials, and experiences reflect consistent tone, visual identity, and messaging
Partner with Corporate Marketing through a hub-and-spoke model to align brand initiatives, co-develop campaigns, and maintain compliance with evolving brand standards
Provide training and enablement promoting awareness and effective use of brand tools and resources
Collaborate on the creation and review of branded content—including presentations, videos, SharePoint sites, and digital learning materials—to ensure cohesion and impact
Design and manage the internship program, including the development of a structured learning curriculum, facilitation of onboarding and orientation sessions, delivery of ongoing intern and manager coaching, coordination of regular one-on-one check-ins, and execution of clear, timely communications to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience that supports intern development and organizational readiness
Track, analyze, and report on key Organizational Development (OD) deliverables, including maintaining dashboards, monitoring progress against goals, compiling data from learning and development initiatives, and preparing regular updates and insights for leadership to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
Lead the end-to-end logistics for culture unfreezing initiatives, including scheduling and coordinating events, managing communications and stakeholder engagement, tracking participation and feedback
Design and develop enterprise-wide AI learning curricula: creating structured learning paths, developing content in collaboration with subject matter experts, integrating AI tools and technologies into training modules, and aligning learning outcomes with organizational strategy to build AI fluency across all levels of the organization

Required

Bachelor's degree in organizational development, instructional design, education, or a related field is required
6 years of experience in organizational development, instructional design, or related roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
1+ years of experience in the instructional design software/tools Camtasia for video editing, recording and basic post-production (screen capture, audio cleanup, captions and exports)
2+ years of experience using Articulate Rise
2+ years' experience supporting and managing content in SharePoint (page creation, document libraries, permissions, and navigation)
One year minimum experience using Canva or similar design tool for learning visuals, presentations, and branded training materials

Preferred

Experience with Articulate Storyline strongly preferred
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
High level knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Copilot
