Responsibilities
Calibrate and certify TMDE using certified laboratory standards and NIST traceable procedures
Perform troubleshooting, fault isolation, adjustments, and repairs on TMDE
Handle TMDE pick-up and delivery, shipping and receiving of customer and lab assets
Review certificates of conformance from external suppliers
Communicate with external vendors regarding status, shipment, and logistics
Qualification
Required
High school diploma with applicable technical training and 2 years of direct experience, OR
Associate's degree in engineering technology or relevant field and 1 year of direct experience
U.S. Citizenship required due to client requirements
Proficient in Microsoft technologies, including Excel
Preferred
Experience with IndySoft, Fluke Met/Team, Fluke Met/Track, and Met/Cal
Previous customer service experience
