Responsibilities
Design and Development: Designing and developing new features, web applications, and microservices for core insurance platforms
Product Customization & Implementation: Customizing the Resonant product for specific client implementations and managing client engagements
Workflow Automation: Implementing technology that automates new business and underwriting functions, including workflow routing and decision-making processes
Collaboration: Collaborating with business stakeholders to align on requirements and conducting gap analyses
Code Review & Mentoring: Providing technical leadership, conducting code and design reviews, and contributing to mentoring and team building efforts
Performance Improvement: Improving performance in existing applications and modernizing product architecture using agile methodologies
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Angular, Python)
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS
Knowledge of JPA/Hibernate persistence frameworks, SQL, and ETL tools
Experience with tools like Docker on OpenShift platforms
Expertise in commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) insurance products such as iPipeline Resonant
Experience with Mulesoft API gateways and integration with third-party vendor applications
