Regional Sales Director - Konnecto

Responsibilities
Own and drive the full sales cycle for Konnecto, from prospecting and qualification to pitch, negotiation, and close
Engage senior stakeholders at enterprise and mid-market brands—navigating marketing, ecommerce, and digital leadership to build trust and urgency
Leverage your affiliate and partnerships experience to consultatively sell a new category of technology that sits at the intersection of attribution, performance intelligence, and partner growth
Deliver compelling, insight-driven storytelling that demonstrates ROI, strategic value, and long-term fit
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Consulting, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to ensure strong pipeline momentum and client alignment
Represent the voice of Konnecto in market—educating prospects on category trends, competitive positioning, and Konnecto’s unique value proposition
Accurately forecast and report pipeline, activity, and deal progression in Salesforce
Be an evangelist for the power of AI and real-time partnership data in shaping tomorrow’s performance marketing strategies
Qualification
Required
5+ years of sales experience in affiliate, partnership marketing, or performance-led SaaS, preferably with exposure to attribution, data, or martech
Deep understanding of affiliate marketing dynamics and the ability to speak fluently about the needs and challenges of brands and agencies in this space
Consultative seller with strong discovery, objection handling, and ROI storytelling skills
Proven ability to exceed quota and drive new business in a competitive market
Executive presence with experience influencing senior digital and marketing stakeholders
Self-starter mindset: entrepreneurial, resilient, and motivated by outcomes
Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced SaaS environment
Strong collaboration and communication skills—able to work seamlessly across teams
