Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting customers via phone and email
Research and resolve customer account issues, escalating internally when needed
Identify slow-paying accounts and recommend appropriate collection actions
Prepare and distribute monthly customer statements
Apply cash receipts accurately and timely to customer accounts
Process customer credit applications and support credit reviews
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
3–5 years of collections and accounts receivable experience
Preferred
Experience with Oracle ERP system a plus
