The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the IT roadmap aligned with business goals, overseeing technological infrastructure, managing cybersecurity initiatives, and leading digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities
Overseeing all technological infrastructure
Managing cybersecurity and data protection initiatives
Leading digital transformation projects (e.g., cloud adoption, AI/ML integration)
Managing substantial IT budgets
Leading and mentoring the IT and development teams
Overseeing the selection and maintenance of all critical systems, including OMS/EMS, data warehouses, and client-facing technology
Qualification
Required
15+ years of progressive experience in Information Technology, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (CIO, CTO, or VP of IT)
Demonstrated experience driving digital transformation and successfully aligning complex IT strategies with core business and objectives
Expertise in managing and securing critical IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and robust cybersecurity programs to protect highly sensitive financial and client data
Deep knowledge of the technology landscape, including management systems, data analytics, and emerging technologies like AI and Machine Learning
Strong leadership and change management skills, with a proven ability to manage, mentor, and inspire diverse, high-performing technology and development teams
Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills for presenting technology roadmaps, risk assessments, and budgets to the Board of Directors and executive management
BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required
Preferred
An MBA or a MA degree in a technical or management discipline is highly preferred
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISM, CISSP) are a plus
