Sales Operations Manager

Alpaca is a US-headquartered self-clearing broker-dealer and brokerage infrastructure company. They are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to build the sales operations practice, design and execute CRM strategies, and collaborate with various teams to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities

Build the sales operations practice from the ground up, covering technology, data, and processes
Design and execute on our CRM strategy (currently Hubspot)
Create processes and onboarding documentation to support the growing customer teams
Work with various customer teams to meet acquisition and growth targets
Partner with marketing and data teams to ensure proper flow of data across platforms
Collaborate strategically with our head of revenue on team performance, go-to-market strategy, and customer trends
Build reports and dashboards to communicate and promote data-driven decision-making, including pipeline, forecasting, capacity planning, budgeting, performance management, data hygiene, and KPIs

Required

Sales operations experience in high-growth SaaS environments
Expert-level knowledge of major CRM platforms
Experience integrating with other sales ops tools, including Outreach, Gong, Chorus, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo
Experience in B2B - SMB / Enterprise
Strong quantitative approach with experience in data analysis and insights, including: SQL, BI tools, Excel / ETL
Ability to communicate key sales metrics via dashboards and reports
Excellent communication skills and experience with stakeholder management, with the ability to drive decisions / results on collaborative projects
Startup mindset

Preferred

HubSpot experience is preferred
Industry experience in FinTech is preferred, especially with broker-dealer business
B2C experience is a plus
