New Grad, Entry LevelLATINA Style, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing execution across digital channels and live events. This hands-on role involves creating content, managing social media, executing email marketing campaigns, and assisting with live events.
Publishing
Responsibilities
Manage and publish content across social media platforms, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and supporting content planning calendars
Execute email marketing campaigns, including building emails, managing lists, scheduling sends, and tracking basic performance metrics
Create and update marketing assets using Canva, such as social graphics, email visuals, presentations, and light promotional materials
Assist with the coordination and execution of live events, including pre-event marketing support, on-site assistance, and post-event follow-up
Occasionally travel to support conferences, trade shows, or live activations as needed
Support general marketing operations, including campaign coordination, asset organization, and cross-team communication
Qualification
Required
Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization
Working knowledge of email marketing platforms and best practices
Comfortable creating marketing materials using Canva
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Interest in events, marketing campaigns, and hands-on execution
Preferred
Experience with Constant Contacts preferred but not required
