Responsibilities
Design, coordinate, and deliver compliant MEP systems
Manage multiple projects, timelines, and client expectations
Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and developers
Conduct site visits and provide construction-phase support
Ensure code compliance across Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems
Qualification
Required
Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license or EIT, close to obtaining PE License
Strong depth in at least two MEP disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing)
Working knowledge of all three MEP systems
5+ years of residential and commercial MEP design experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Comfortable with direct client communication and full project ownership
Preferred
Experience in a small or mid-sized engineering firm
Willingness to continue cross-training across MEP disciplines
Strong collaboration and communication skills
