New Grad, Entry LevelNola Canvas is growing its on-site team in New Orleans and is adding Customer Engagement Associates to support live brand campaigns and retail-based activations throughout the city. This role is designed for people who enjoy being on their feet, interacting with the public, and working in fast-moving, real-world environments where no two days feel the same.

Responsibilities
Represent client campaigns at retail locations and in-person brand activations
Engage customers through conversation and explain campaign offerings clearly
Support on-site sales interactions, including customer sign-ups and promotions
Maintain a clean, professional setup that reflects brand standards
Work closely with your team to meet daily activity and performance goals
Adapt your approach as locations, foot traffic, and campaign flow change
Qualification
Required
Comfortable speaking with new people face to face
Reliable, punctual, and accountable in a team setting
Confident communicator without being overly aggressive
Able to stay focused and positive in busy environments
Interested in building experience in customer engagement, sales, or brand support
Preferred
Customer service or hospitality
