Responsibilities

Assist producers with structuring, negotiating, and placing insurance deals; provide direct support on complex or high-value accounts; maintain strong relationships with carriers to optimize placement options
Coach and mentor new and developing producers; lead training programs on sales techniques, coverage knowledge, prospecting strategies, and pipeline management
Develop and oversee sales plans, performance targets, and growth initiatives aligned with agency objectives
Monitor sales activity, provide feedback, and help producers overcome obstacles to meet production goals
Work closely with agency leadership to refine sales processes, improve client experience, and ensure consistent delivery of service standards
