Responsibilities
Define the QA Strategy: Design and drive the quality vision for the platform. Determine the optimal balance between manual and automated testing using a risk-based approach
Drive Test Automation: Build, maintain, and scale our automation framework (UI, API, performance). Make key technical decisions to ensure efficiency and scalability
Investigate & Troubleshoot: Lead deep-dive investigations into complex issues, collaborating with developers to identify root causes
Champion a Quality Culture: Act as the go-to quality expert within the development teams. Share best practices and mentor other engineers on effective testing strategies
Qualification
Required
Education: Engineering degree or equivalent (Master's level)
Experience: 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer, with a proven track record in a lead or senior-level role. SaaS or enterprise software (ERP, CRM…) experience
Technical Expertise: Mastery of one or more automation frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Selenium) and API testing tools (e.g., Postman). Proficiency in JavaScript or Python is essential. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Git, etc.)
QA Mindset: A keen eye for detail, a passion for quality, and a proactive approach to anticipating issues before they arise
Skills & Languages: Fluent English is a must. Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate risks and recommendations
