Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ownership of national accounts including Walmart, Sam’s Club, Costco, CVS, Walgreens, and Amazon
Drive sales strategy, execute retail programs, and grow revenue across private label and custom Omega-3 formulations
Serve as the primary point of contact for retail partners and internal teams (R&D, Marketing, Regulatory)
Develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and category growth strategies
Deliver volume forecasts, pricing strategies, and promotional plans
Analyze POS and sell-through data to optimize performance and profitability
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop differentiated Omega-3 products, including Fish Oil, Algal DHA/EPA, and specialty blends (+CoQ10, +Turmeric, +Magtein)
Lead custom packaging development and ensure compliance with retailer specifications
Execute planograms, item setup, and online content syndication
Partner with retailer marketing teams on in-store and digital promotions
Ensure pricing, placement, and promotional accuracy
Manage Amazon and retailer dot-com platforms to optimize search visibility, content health, and sales performance
Coordinate ratings and reviews, fulfillment logistics, and digital shelf execution
Utilize SupplierNet for forecasting and order flow management to ensure efficient replenishment
Leverage SupplyPike for analytics and supply chain optimization to reduce disruptions
Manage Retail Link analytics and reporting to inform strategic decisions and improve supply chain efficiency
Lead account-focused meetings and track risks and opportunities
Align with demand planning, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure inventory accuracy and OTIF delivery
Monitor KPIs including retail sales, fill rate, margin, and promotional ROI
Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and executive-level reporting

Required

Experience managing national retailers in the dietary supplement space
Proven track record of driving growth in sales strategy and execution
Ability to develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and category growth strategies
Experience analyzing POS and sell-through data
Cross-functional collaboration skills for product innovation and customization
Experience managing e-commerce platforms, specifically Amazon
Ability to monitor KPIs including retail sales, fill rate, margin, and promotional ROI
Strong communication skills for retailer collaboration and merchandising
