Growth Marketing Strategist

Responsibilities
Design and execute comprehensive, integrated marketing strategies that support abcPOS’s business and revenue goals
Identify and pursue growth opportunities across digital channels, content, partnerships, experiential marketing, and emerging platforms
Collaborate with leadership to shape forward-looking initiatives and contribute to multi-year product and business planning
Guide market segmentation and expansion efforts to unlock new customer opportunities
Build, scale, and optimize demand generation programs that drive qualified leads and strengthen the sales pipeline
Implement lead nurturing strategies that improve conversion rates and maintain momentum throughout the buyer journey
Champion abcPOS’s brand as a strategic asset, ensuring a consistent, refined, and compelling narrative across all channels
Develop high-quality marketing assets including case studies, presentations, sales decks, and visual content that clearly communicate product value
Define and track clear KPIs tied to pipeline growth, revenue impact, and marketing effectiveness
Analyze campaign performance, channel efficiency, and audience engagement to continuously refine strategy
Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to maintain abcPOS’s competitive edge
Reimagine and optimize marketing workflows using an AI-first approach to improve efficiency, scalability, and impact
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
2+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, growth marketing or related roles; experience in software, retail, or hospitality is a plus
Proficient in marketing software, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and social media tools
Strong understanding of digital marketing, growth marketing, SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and paid social campaigns
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Analytical, data-driven mindset with the ability to derive insights and recommend actionable strategies
Fluent in Mandarin (Chinese) and English
Preferred
Creativity and ability to innovate across marketing platforms
Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams
Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other content creation tools
