Workforce Admin Associate- (Support)

This role is responsible for coordinating and administering Human Resource systems, processes, and policies related to employee data management, handling employee records, benefits administration, and payroll tasks while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities
Coordinate Human Resource systems, processes, and policies related to employee data management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot system issues and optimize Human Resource systems performance
Perform other duties as assigned
Administer employee records, benefits, and payroll tasks with a focus on accuracy and compliance
Support data analysis, reporting, and data visualization to drive Human Resource decision-making
Coordinate with Human Resource teams to ensure smooth execution of workforce administration processes
Implement updates and enhancements to Human Resource systems to improve data management efficiency
Provide user support and training on Human Resource systems and processes
Conduct data audits and quality assurance checks to maintain data integrity
Assist in compliance audits and regulatory reporting related to workforce administration
Qualification
Required
High school diploma, GED, or vocational training
Overnight travel required for project delivery; flexibility in on-site daily service delivery hours (due to client shift schedules, project requirements)
No prior relevant work experience required
This job requires spoken and written communications and interpersonal skills; problem solving and multi-tasking. Use of office related computer applications is required. Knowledge unit functions and processes as well as software applications which may be specific to unit operations
