Responsibilities

Optimize manufacturing process parameters to improve product consistency and yield
Support production teams with process setup, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement actions
Apply SPC methods to monitor process performance and drive corrective actions
Coordinate with R&D and Quality on process changes, trials, and product specifications
Support environmental and safety compliance activities, including adherence to required PPE and site procedures
Assist with cross-site process support as required by travel needs

Required

BS in Materials Science, Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
Process Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering experience
Experience with SPC techniques (Statistical Process Control)
Ability to travel to different sites as needed
20/40 corrected vision
Ability to wear required PPE

Preferred

Textile, coatings, or composites manufacturing experience
Lean Six Sigma experience
Knowledge of environmental compliance systems
Knowledge of emissions monitoring systems
