Qualification
Required
High School diploma required, bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction accounting and billing
Proficient in AIA billing documentation, lien waivers, and Texas Lien Law processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Viewpoint or similar ERP systems
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to confidentiality and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred
Experience with commercial and TXDOT projects preferred
Familiarity with GC Pay billing software at both general contractor and subcontractor levels
