They are seeking a Data & Analytics Intern to support the team during the Summer 2026 internship program, providing hands-on experience with data tools and performance analytics to inform decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities
Support the development and enhancement of dashboards used by Performance and Media teams
Assist with exploratory and ad-hoc data analyses in response to daily tickets and project requests
Collaborate on the evaluation and implementation of AI-driven insights within reporting tools
Help identify trends, performance drivers, and optimization opportunities tied to KPIs and margin goals
Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders
Participate in team meetings, learning sessions, and weekly check-ins with the manager
Document analysis methods, assumptions, and outcomes to support knowledge sharing
Contribute to the creation of a new dashboard page featuring regularly updated, actionable insights
Deliver ad-hoc analyses that support campaign optimization, efficiency improvements, and strategic initiatives
Provide summaries and recommendations based on performance data and emerging trends
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Basic understanding of data visualization concepts and reporting best practices
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
Familiarity with SQL or basic data querying concepts
Exposure to marketing, performance media, or digital analytics is a plus
Interest in AI, automation, or advanced analytics applications
