Responsibilities
Provide technical support for Windows and Mac OS operating systems, ensuring user issues are resolved efficiently
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobile devices and computer networking
Manage IT infrastructure components including DNS and firewalls to maintain secure and reliable operations
Utilize Jira for tracking support requests and managing workflow efficiently
Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of office technology equipment
Document technical procedures and user guides to enhance knowledge sharing within the team
Collaborate with other IT staff to identify areas for improvement in processes and systems
Conduct training sessions for staff on new technologies or updates
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of computer networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques
Proficient in supporting various operating systems including Windows, Mac OS, and mobile platforms
Understanding of IT infrastructure components such as DNS management and firewall configurations
Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach
Strong communication skills to effectively assist users at all levels of technical expertise
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment
Preferred
Proven experience in IT support or a related field is preferred
Familiarity with Jira for project management and issue tracking is a plus
