Assistant Project Scientist - Small Molecule

The Bioanalytical Assistant Project Scientist will provide scientific review and oversight of bioanalytical projects, support associates in production and validation teams, and ensure timely completion of QC/QA findings.

Responsibilities
Identify issues with assay performance and work with appropriate personnel to resolve and/or troubleshoot
Perform, review, and approve data regression
Mentor and train bioanalytical analysts in all aspects of production and validation support
Reporting of all study activities working with the BTO group
Ensure all QC/QA findings are completed in a timely manner
Communicate and problem-solve with BPI and management for at-risk projects (not meeting timelines, resources, etc.)
Qualification
Preferred
Associate's degree in a science-related field with 4 years of analytical experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in a science-related field with 2 years of analytical experience preferred
3-6 years of Celerion bench experience is preferred
3 or more years of previous laboratory and/or GLP knowledge preferred
Proficiency with computers
Excellent oral and written skills
