In this role, you will provide scientific review and oversight of bioanalytical projects, mentor associates, and ensure quality control and quality assurance findings are addressed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

Identify issues with assay performance and work with appropriate personnel to resolve and/or troubleshoot
Perform, review, and approve data regression
Mentor and train bioanalytical analysts in all aspects of production and validation support
Reporting of all study activities working with the BTO group
Ensure all QC/QA findings are completed in a timely manner
Communicate and problem-solve with BPI and management for at-risk projects (not meeting timelines, resources, etc.)

Required

Associate's degree in a science-related field with 4 years of analytical experience OR Bachelor's degree in a science-related field with 2 years of analytical experience
3-6 years of Celerion bench experience
3 or more years of previous laboratory and/or GLP knowledge
Proficiency with computers
Excellent oral and written skills
