Responsibilities

Create, refine, and support automated inspection routines on coordinate measuring equipment utilizing Zeiss platforms and associated programming software
Analyze technical drawings, geometric tolerances, and 3D models to verify dimensional accuracy and product conformance
Execute detailed inspection activities, resolve measurement or setup issues, and produce formal inspection documentation for production and customer requirements
Interface with cross-functional teams to align inspection priorities and continuously improve inspection processes
Act as a technical resource for CMM-related fixtures, tooling, and external vendors
Provide guidance and training to inspection personnel as needed
Assist with equipment upkeep, calibration activities, and overall inspection lab readiness

Required

Minimum of five years supporting advanced coordinate measurement programming or inspection activities
Extensive hands-on experience working with Zeiss measurement systems and related programming tools

Proven ability to interpret complex CAD data and detailed engineering documentation
Experience working in high-precision manufacturing or machining environments
