Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
Create functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment
Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements
Support UAT and ensure requirements traceability
Prepare clear and concise technical documentation (SRS, BRD, API docs, user manuals)
Maintain documentation standards and version control
Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language for non-technical stakeholders
Create diagrams, workflows, and process maps using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or similar
Ensure compliance with organizational and industry documentation standards
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software projects
Strong technical writing skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in documentation tools (Confluence, MS Word, Markdown, etc.)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in IoT, PLM, or enterprise software domains
Knowledge of APIs, data modeling, and integration concepts
Familiarity with Jira, Rally, or similar tools
Ability to engage with Senior management and executives
Ability to work with Engineering Teams and understand their requirements
Document detailed requirements
Create Art of possible and Status documentation
Presentations for the executive team
