Responsibilities
Recruits, interviews, and recommends placement of candidates from both internal and external sources
Maintains effective working relationships with all levels of company management to ensure adequate coverage of human resource needs
Consults with management to identify and recommend the most qualified candidates
Extends offers to selected candidates and may arrange for relocation
Stays informed of developments in wages and salaries, employee benefits and general human resource policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business and 7+ years recruiting experience in staffing or corporate HR
Experience with one or more applicant tracking systems, sourcing techniques and developing candidate databases
Experience directing activities of recruiters that are supporting talent acquisition initiatives
Very strong and dedicated Executive Recruiting experience
At least 5+ years of dedicated and recent Executive Recruiting experience
Someone who comes from a larger, matrixed organization
Staffing firm experience is ok, but ideally strong Executive Recruiting experience on the corporate side
Someone who is driven, proactive, polished, and has a strong track record of delivering a world-class 'white glove' experience
Ability to travel including overnight stays

Demonstrated Corporate recruiting experience
Healthcare Insurance experience
Executive recruitment experience
SPHR
Project management skills and proven experience in defining solutions and process improvements impacting a recruiting organization
Knowledge of local, state and federal regulations
Experience in developing and applying a sourcing strategy approach for hard to fill roles which results in a diverse slate
Proven experience in building relationships and applying business knowledge to recruiting approach
