Responsibilities
Manage daily pricing, inventory, and availability in PrO to optimize revenue performance
Analyze weekly and monthly STR reports to evaluate market share and competitive positioning
Lead and contribute to Strategy Meetings, including 120-day outlook, Demand 360 insights, and action planning
Analyze Agency 360 and Demand 360 data to develop effective segmentation and channel strategies
Monitor and maintain rate parity across all distribution channels using FornovaMaintain the RMT this includes rate plan pricing, updating room type modifiers, etc
Work with DOS to develop pricing strategies for new and existing volume accounts
Implement strategies on 3rd party internet channels ensuring parity in all distributions channels
Conduct group evaluation/displacement analysis as needed by hotel sales to determine impact on hotel RevPAR and overall spend in the hotel
Prepare monthly sell strategy for 12month booking window. Ensure group strategies are in place with the hotel strategy team for the entire booking cycle
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in a Revenue Management role
Deep knowledge and experience with internal systems: PrO, Reserve, RMT
Deep knowledge and experience with external systems: TravelClick Demand & Agency 360, Smith Travel, Fornova, and OTA extranet functions
Proven track record for delivering market share results and leading property Strategy Teams
Strong analytical capabilities to discern areas of opportunity and solution tactics & strategies
Strong communication skills to provide directional leadership for Strategy implementation in weekly Strategy meetings
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related studies
