Responsibilities
Verify employee hours are accurately recorded in the timekeeping system
Ensure all required signatures and approvals are obtained
Perform routine auditing of time entries and payroll-related data
Support general administrative tasks related to payroll and time tracking
Assist with certified payroll reporting and compliance requirements
Collaborate with payroll and operations teams to resolve discrepancies
Supports approximately 500 employees
Fast-paced, detail-driven role with a focus on accuracy and compliance
Qualification
Required
1+ years of certified payroll experience
Advanced Excel experience
Preferred
Experience with cloud-based time tracking or payroll systems (experience with Rumbix is a plus but not required)
