Responsibilities
Champion jobsite safety, enforce OSHA and company standards, and lead toolbox talks
Manage day‑to‑day field operations and maintain strong collaboration with Project Managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and consultants
Own the construction schedule—forecast manpower, coordinate trades, and create look‑ahead and recovery schedules
Maintain high quality standards by verifying materials, overseeing installations, documenting work, and managing RFIs
Keep all project documentation organized and up to date, including drawings, submittals, logs, and weekly updates
Build and maintain strong trade partner relationships and address performance issues proactively
Support a positive, responsive client experience through communication, OAC meetings, and quality walkthroughs
Make cost‑conscious decisions that support project profitability
Ensure compliance with storm water requirements and jobsite environmental standards
Lead closeout activities, including punch lists, as‑builts, and warranty coordination
Participate in preconstruction: review plans, help plan logistics, and support budget and schedule development
Assist with hiring, training, and development of field staff
Qualification
Required
7+ years' experience in similar roles with a thorough understanding of OSHA safety requirements and working knowledge of all sub trades
MS Office Suite and Bluebeam required
Knowledge of drawings and specifications
OSHA 30
First-Aid/CPR
Preferred
Project experience in ground-up commercial, industrial, healthcare, multi-family, hospitality, senior living and tenant finish preferred
Other relevant software knowledge such as Procore, MS Project experience preferred
Great communication skills (Bilingual preferred)
