Assist in marketing bench consultants to clients and vendors
Communicate with consultants regarding project opportunities and availability
Maintain records of submissions, interviews, and feedback
Develop strong communication and negotiation skills through training
Qualification

No degree required (Education is optional, but graduates are preferred)
Strong communication skills in English (spoken & written)
Willingness to work night shift only (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST)
Good attitude, quick learner, and interest in recruitment/sales
Basic knowledge of MS Office & internet browsing
Preferred
Knowledge of US staffing/IT recruitment
Familiarity with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, or LinkedIn
