Low-Voltage Systems Sales Engineer

They are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to support opportunities across cable infrastructure, security, surveillance, and access control systems, blending technical expertise with customer-facing communication to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
Partner with customers and the sales team to conduct job site visits and confirm scope accuracy
Engineer sales opportunities and translate requirements into detailed, accurate proposals
Develop clear scopes of work aligned with customer needs and project specifications
Provide expert guidance based on hands-on installation, estimating, or engineering experience
Communicate solutions confidently and build long-term client relationships
Support project execution by ensuring engineered work stays on budget and meets quality standards
Qualification
Required
Extensive knowledge of cable infrastructure, security, surveillance, and access control systems
Hands-on experience in installation or engineering
Experience in a sales engineering role or related fields
Must be based in the Evansville, Indiana area or willing to relocate
Experience in a Sales Engineer role or similar technical/customer-facing position
Strong knowledge of cable infrastructure, security, surveillance, and access control systems
Hands-on background in installation, estimating, engineering, or system design
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
Must be located in Evansville, IN or open to relocation
